Questions Ab pop Angels By: billy goat collins Where I think Billy Collins is going with this poem, is that we unceasingly ask or venerate the silly microscopic questions such as, how many can jump on the head of a pin. Or Do they aerify through Gods body and come out singing? Hes almost describing how elegant and polar they be by the things he questions, care the 5th stanza, If an holy person fell mop up a cloud, would he leave a hole/in a river and would the hole float along endlessly/ change with the silent letters of every sainted word? I believe he means that holy persons are so special and caring that if they fell, all of the nice things they had to hypothesize slightly everyone wouldnt be there anymore. Then he duologue about the gothic theologians. How they control the courts like he express in his writing response, attept[ing] to mock certain medieval philosophers.

He begins the poem with in depth questions that you rarely hear, when towards the mall he starts stating everyday life things such as an angel deliver[ing] mail. He writes as if hes a little kid dreaming or asking their parents what angels are like in heaven. The little ones always ask the most bizarre, still raise questions that adults probably wouldnt think of.
