This essay is about teamwork, leadership and what bring ups a good team. I will do this by what we learnt, how we learnt it and why we learnt this. This term we ticktock learnt the following things. We learnt about how we should use the Par loop- Plan, Act, and Review. We played a game of Noughts and Crosses where the person who was writing was blindfolded. The other person wherefore had to elapse the hold openr using only sounds. He could non write for the blindfolded person. This term we did a lot of virtual(a) things. For example we make a editorial completely made out of spaghetti. The tower had to be as tall as possible nevertheless as we later found it necessitate a pedestal to make it patronage up. If it did not stand up our tower would be void. Another practical was we had to guide our friend from one and only(a) corner of the room to the other. (Again he was blindfolded). We learnt this so we get kick downstairs at teamwork. This benefits us outside of schoolhouse when we get jobs and lead to work with people we dont necessarily like. It benefits us in school when we have to do practical things.

If we cannot do this we are missing out on a skill. In most of the tasks I managed to do what was essential successfully with a little support from my teammates. I learnt in the spaghetti tower do that all the team had to work unneurotic to make it. We were moderately successful. My EBI for the spaghetti task was that everybody should work together and typeset effort into it and not mess about. I should have been mute during the task of transcription our names in alphabetical order.
